Pray for NYC, Prep for Rise Against Hunger

Dear Church,

This Sunday we began a new series out of Romans, especially focusing on the “good news!”

When I went to Nazarene Youth Conference in 1999, God met me and transformed me and set me on His path. I am still living out what He called me to in Toronto my senior summer. I wonder what He’s going to do with this generation of NYC youth. Will you pray with me for our youth and all the youth going to NYC23 in Tampa next week? We’ll be having a special prayer time this Sunday (July 2).

Last year we packed over 10,000 meals for Rise Against Hunger. And we’re going to do it again this year on July 30.

God has given each of us gifts for us to share. In addition to giving a regular tithe, consider helping with our FIN Fund or Rise Against Hunger.

Rise Against Hunger — Let’s meet (or exceed!?) our goal of $4000 to pack 10,000 meals for families in need. Check out the impact here. Choose “Rise Against Hunger” online or write it in the memo of your check.
