You’re Still Invited to Invite (to Easter, Chicken BBQ, Touch a Truck & More)
Dear Church,
The first nights of our Prayer Week have been incredible. I do hope that you’ll join us in tonight’s Maundy Thursday Service or tomorrow night’s Good Friday Service. Both services will be at our York City Campus.
Who are you inviting?
As you think about Easter Sunday, we invite you to pray about who you can invite to join you in worship and/or at your table? Resurrection Sunday is a perfect day to welcome new and old friends into our church community and the best approach is personal invitation. Ask God who that person could be and reach out to them to join you.
As you seek God on that, be encouraged and challenged by today’s Lenten Reflection from Tara Strauser.
Psalm 116:1-2, 12-19
“PSALM 116 ( I LOVE YOU LORD)” by Mission House
“NOW MY LIFESONG SINGS” by Casting Crowns
This psalm speaks to my heart as one rescued from death. Like the psalmist, I am overcome with deep appreciation and love of my Lord for His attention and care. “What shall I return to the Lord for all His goodness to me?” By His grace and never-ending love for us, we have been saved. And I am so very grateful!
Like the psalmist, I too “will lift the cup of salvation and call on the Name of the Lord.” I, too, devote my life to Him and His will.
The song titled Psalm 116 (I Love You, Lord) exclaims:
I love You, Lord, for you have delivered my soul from death, my feet from stumbling.
I will walk in the land of the living.
Therefore, my soul will sing in praise to the Lord. As the line in the song, "And Now My Lifesong Sings", goes, “Now my life to You I give. Hallelujah… Let my lifesong sing to You”.
Can you relate with the psalmist’s gratitude and love to God? Have you fully devoted your life to Him? May I encourage you to read these verses again, spending time with Jesus in prayer? He’s patiently waiting for you.

Holy Week Prayer Week (THIS WEEK!)
Let’s join our hearts in prayer together every night of Holy Week.
Wednesday-Good Friday we’ll be at the York City Campus.
Make a plan now to join us for these times of prayer and worship from 7-8PM.
Baptisms on Easter
Have you given your life to Jesus? The next step is to be baptized!
Baptism is the ancient symbol of the church to recognize that a person has been cleansed of their sins, has died to their old way of life and has been raised to Jesus’ way of life. For the baptized it is an opportunity to say “I am all in” to the way of Jesus.
We want to celebrate your new life in Christ with baptism on Easter Sunday. If you have questions, you can ask pastorjosh@stillnaz.com. And you can sign up at www.stillnaz.com/baptism.
Pray with us
There has been a Call to Prayer called “Half-Million Mobilization” from our denominational leaders from Easter (4/9) to Pentecost (5/28). Pick up a prayer guide at our welcome center or download a copy. And anytime you have a prayer request, share your concerns at www.stillnaz.com/pray.

PS God is doing something special in our midst. It has been an incredible prayer week so far and I can’t wait to see the breakthroughs that are coming for Stillmeadow and York as we continue to pray together. And now we have the opportunity to pray with a half-million other Nazarenes in the days between Easter (April 9) and Pentecost (May 28). You can follow along with a printed prayer guide available at our welcome center or download your own copy.
