Our Summer Intern, A Surprise Guest for Grad Sunday and Camps!
Dear Church,
On Sunday, we drew our 1 Peter series to a close! I am looking forward to our Summer Series (This is the Gospel) that starts on June 4.
I have loved this encouragement to “Grow Up” from 1 Peter. And I love that Stillmeadow has a legacy of helping young people “grow up” through our internships. These have been rich opportunities to grow with someone as they explore God’s call on their lives.
And in this season of graduations, it’s a reminder of how we as a congregation walk beside young people and parents as they “grow up” through the educational journey.
And as we enter the season of summer camps, we have the opportunity to help teens and kids “grow up” through sacred encounters with God and his people from across our Nazarene district.

Support Our Summer Intern

A Surprise Guest for Graduate Sunday
This Sunday (May 28) we will celebrate our graduates from high school, college and any other higher education! The Stillmeadow Lane Campus will have a special surprise guest preacher, Pastor Ron Grey, the District Superintendent of East Jamaica, with whom we have been partnering for over a decade. Come ready to celebrate our graduates and be encouraged by our brother.

Tuesday Night Men's and Women’s Groups
Man Cave-Connect, encourage, and challenge one another in the faith. Led by Wayne Rumsey and Jeff Calendar, this group meets at 6:30 in the Sprenkle House.
Girlfriends Growing in Grace-For women of all ages. Join us as we study a variety of material and grow together. This group is led by Lorraine Lauer and meets at 7PM at the Stillmeadow Lane Church in room #112. (Next meeting for this group is 6/6/23)
Happily 2Gether Forever — Strengthen your marriage! This small group is led by Dale and Patti Clymer and meets at 9AM in the Sprenkle House Ground fl. conference room.

Special Announcement
CPR, AED & First-Aid Certification-Safety Ace will be offering this certification training in the ground floor of the Sprenkle House the second Saturday of each month beginning June 10, 2023. The family of Syd Shaffer who passed away April 15. Visitation and Service will be at Stillmeadow Church. Visitation will take place June 1st 6-8PM and June 2nd 9:30-11AM. Service will take place at June 2nd at 11AM.
