Faith in Christ is a journey. Where would you describe yourself in the journey?
Read Psalm 121. How does this speak into the idea of a journey with God?
Psalm 121:8 speaks to the idea of God watching over the beginning (coming) and endings (going) in life. What is one beginning and one ending in your life that you are concerned or excited about?
Read John 3:1-17. What beginnings and endings do Jesus and Nicodemus explore?
How is John 3:16-17 a continuation of the care promised in Psalm 121?
What does this have to say to us when we are going through a difficult time?
Close in prayer. Ask God to be your help in the beginnings and endings of your life. Pray for others who are facing difficult endings or beginnings.
