Most people acquire a sense of who they are from sources that Paul calls worldly: peers, family, education, status, class, culture, to name a few (the web of identity).   But those who are “in Christ” should look to other sources.

I. We Are Complete In Christ.

1. Fullness in Christ; filled in Him; all you need; enough; more than adequate.

2.  Societal Values:

(1.) attractiveness

(2.) achievement

(3.) affluence

 II. We Are Complete Through Our Union With Christ.

1.  II Corinthians 5:11-18

2. Christ affirms us through scripture; prayer; church; circumstances.
